This phase might contain the following steps, depending on the client-company wishes:
– 1. Monthly post-implementation support – if the client-company requires it;
– 2. Analyze the results obtained after some months after implementation;
– 3. Feedback gathered on how the process performed;
– 4. Implement further adaptation mechanisms.
